Removal of flat roofed dormer windows to front and rear elevation and sub standard roof structure and covering. Replacement with new roof structure and slates to match adjacent properties and reconstruction of former brick built pitched roof dormers in a style to match those on the adjacent properties. All existing timber windows to the Malone elevation including the glass are being removed and stored for reuse at a later date and window openings are to be secured with plywood infills and sliding sash window graphics.
