Applicant is seeking permission to vary condition 14 of LA09/2019/0665/F in order to maintain continuity of education provision on the site. Variation will facilitate early occupation of the completed new school building for a period of no more than 9 months prior to the completion of all site works which will include in curtilage turning/drop off areas as shown on approved proposed site plan drawing. after completion of the site works the turning/drop off area shall remain open at all times for the use, when children are being left to and collected from the school.
