The development for which planning permission is sought comprises of the relocation of an existing service within the hospital to a new dedicated aseptic compounding unit building of 3 no. storeys plus rooftop plant room w/link to existing hospital. The proposed building comprises of an 802 sq. M gross floor area building. The building will comprise of:
(i) Ground floor level – staff, office and ancillary support rooms
(ii) First floor level – aseptic compounding unit
(iii) Second floor level – enclosed plant room
(iv) Roof level – enclosed water tank room and roof level plant incl. solar pv. planning permission is also sought for site drainage and all other associated and ancillary works. access is via the main hospital campus
