The development will consist/consists of:
(i) The construction of a new three-storey building extension, at the west side of the existing school building, consisting of a new SEN Unit, 2 no. general classrooms, 5 no. specialist classrooms, 2no. SET Rooms and a Library.
(ii) The construction of a single-storey building extension at the east side of the existing school building, consisting of 3no. specialist classrooms. Both buildings are to be linked to the existing school building. (Total Area = 2390m²).
(iii) The demolition of a portion of the existing building (98m²).
(iv) Alteration works (123m²) to the existing school building to accommodate a new Plant Room, a new classroom, and a new corridor to allow the link to the new west side extension.
(v) 76 No. sheltered Bicycle spaces and other associated site works: (vi) new proposed car parking layout comprising 70 No. car spaces of which 40 No. spaces are relocated and 30 No. spaces are newly proposed, 1 No. SEN dedicated vehicular set down area and 1 no. car.
