No. 3236) : planning permission is sought for the construction of a prefabricated structure comprising(a) equine assisted therapy arena of approx. 1000 sq m to include 7 stable boxes,(b) single-storey administration area to include a reception, offices, disabled toilets and a viewing area and all associated site development works. The structure will remain temporarily in place for a period of no greater than ten (10) years.
