(2) An outdoor juvenile pitch

(5) All ancillary recreation facilities such as a community walkway, 100m running track, bio-diversity planting area, memorial garden, outdoor gym, children’s playground and all ancillary carparking areas, services, roads, lighting and boundary treatment.
