The proposed extension will have a gross floor area of 3,900 sq.m and a maximum height of 20.5m. Also, ancillary works including: PV panels to new proposed warehouse roofs, 3 no. additional loading dock levellers, Relocation of existing carparking (no change in numbers) including provision of 4 no. EV charging spaces and 2 no. accessible parking spaces, 35 no. cycle parking spaces, new HGV staging area to accommodate 4 trucks, construction of new sprinkler tank (10m high) and pump room (3m high) to the south west of the site along with retaining wall, provision of internal connections to the main Blenders building, fire escape door to western elevation of main Blenders building. All associated site works including landscaping, drainage infrastructure and a new path to east of site.
