CHANGE OF USE OF FORMER FURNITURE OUTLET/STORE TO FOOD PROCESSING PLANT

(1) Change of use of former furniture outlet/store to food processing plant with minor alterations to elevations
(2) Decommissioning of existing vehicular entrance onto R238-30 and formation of new entrance onto l-12814-0
(3) Erection of roadside signage
(4) On-site car parking, boundary security fencing, and connection to existing public services and all associated site development works.
