Permission for development which consists of – The provision of a primary care centre (6-9 no. stories over basement – Gross Floor Area: 9,076sqm) with Pharmacy Retail Unit (Gross Floor Area 125sqm) and Café Unit (Gross Floor Area 114sqm) at ground floor level. – The provision of a TUSLA Building (4 no.stories over basement) (Gross Floor Area; 2,400 sqm) – The provision of a single storey Ambulance Service Deployment Building (Gross Floor Area;65sqm) – The provision of a basement and entrance/exit ramp with 123 no. car parking spaces (including 5 no. accessible spaces) and the provision of 2 no. accessible car parking spaces and 3 no. ambulance bays at ground level – The provision of 220 no.bicycle parking bays across ground and basement level – The provision of roof mounted solar PV Panels and plant enclosure – The provision of an ESB Substation and LV (Low Voltage) switchroom – The provision of new access road as well as internal access roads, set-down areas and surface level accessible parking – The provision of signage , landscaping and boundary treatments and all other associated site development works and services necessary to facilitate the proposed development. A Natura Impact Statement is being prepared as part of this planning application
