Construction of new plant room adjacent to new outpatient department building (OPD) at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Old Longford Road, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath
The development will consist for a 1741 m2 two storey out-patients department (OPD) together with an adjacent free-standing 28m2 plant room. The OPD will consist of medical consulting rooms, admin offices, storerooms, toilets, staff facilities and ancillary accommodation. The development to include installation of PV panels to the roof of the OPD, landscaping, all necessary site works and services connections together with the provision of 2No. Totem signpost at the entrance to the hospital. The development is within the curtilage of a Protected Structure RPS No 019-004.
