03/10/23 The design stage of the redevelopment proposal is ongoing. It is anticipated that the Full Business Case for the project will be presented to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council for approval mid-2024, when a decision on the investment will be made. The project is currently at RIBA Stage 3.
Redevelopment of existing Fermanagh Lakeland Forum site adjacent to areas of existing open space to include new leisure center building, sports pitches, walkways, trails and other outdoor activity uses, playpark active waterfront areas, new events space, improved pedestrian linkage to Enniskillen Town Centre, car parking area and hard and soft landscaping.
