Construction of a new Cystic Fibrosis Facility to the existing Beaumont Hospital. The extension consists of 3 floor levels and is served by two stairs; one from the existing building and a newly constructed stair within the facility.

The development (1,990m2 total) comprises a new three storey inpatient extension of the existing hospital to accommodate a new 20-bedroom Cystic Fibrosis Unit with a plant room at the lower ground floor level, bedrooms at upper ground floor and first floor levels and screened plant at roof level. The development also includes external landscaping and patient drop off facility.
