We, Earlsland Corporation Unlimited Company, intend to apply for planning permission for development on lands adjacent to Unit 900, Northwest Logistics Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 15. The application site is located to the west of Unit 900, which is accessed from Kilshane Avenue, is situated to the south of Bay Lane, and is bound to the west by the lands where Ellipse Logistics Park is under construction.
The proposed development is for an extension of the existing warehouse or logistics unit to provide an additional 9,080 sq.m of warehouse or logistics floor space, comprising one level with a maximum height of c. 17.09m. The proposal includes an extended service yard and dock levellers, plant rooms, PV panels at roof level, foul and surface water drainage, landscaping, boundary treatment, lighting and all associated works.
