The proposed development will consist of the construction of the 2 storey element of the main yard building accommodating the staff canteen, offices, viewing area, toilet facilities which form part of the Guidenstown Stud Farm Development. This proportion of the works are subject to a fire certificate and DAC application. The remainder of the development will be commenced under a short form commencement notice.
