This Request for Tender (RFT) seeks to invite tenders to provide a campus master planning service to review and develop the existing masterplan which was completed in 2012 together with a review of the existing Commuter & Parking Plan which was completed in 2012. This service may include all the necessary elements of a full design team, including; Architectural, Civil Engineering, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, Landscape Architect and Traffic Engineering. The Institute will be seeking ISO50001 accreditation in 2017, consequently it is expected that energy efficient design will form an integral part of this review. This plan will map out the strategic options available for physical development of the Institute for the next ten years.
