The development will consist of the renovation and extensions to the existing flood damaged Haematology/Oncology Unit (502 sq m approximately) and Coronary Care Unit (300sqm approximately) the construction of an extension of 45sqm to the south of the existing Haematology/Oncology Unit, the construction of an extension of 304sqm to the south of the existing Coronary Care Unit, a new lower ground plant room of 211sqm, all associated demolition and ancillary works; all to modernise patient treatment and accommodation. The client requires a therapeutic environment for the treatment of patients with a high quality of workmanship and attention to detail required from all.. The site is located adjacent to an internal access road within the campus of Letterkenny General Hospital,Kilmacrennan Road, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. Note: The HSE reserve the right to introduce Contract preformance management. It will be a requirement for Tenderers to comply with Green Procurement.
