Protected Structure: The development will consist of: a) Provision of 54 en-suite facilities within existing rooms and bedrooms on ground, first, second, third and fourth floor levels, incorporating miscellaneous suspended ceilings, services ducts and general room redecoration. b) Conversion of 8 existing communal bathrooms to en-suite bedrooms and the conversion of 1 existing room to provide 2 accessible bedrooms with accessible WC facilities. c) Provision of accessible ramps on the ground floor and the installation of a new passenger lift, provision of new staff WC facilities on the ground floor and the provision of laundry and tea stations on the first, second, third and fourth floors. e) Associated service installation including new and modified pipework, rising mains, stacks etc.
