Permission is sought to amend previously permitted development Reg Ref FW10A/0166 forming part of the Castlegrange Development permitted under reg ref no. F01A/0868 and F06A/0025. Amendments are proposed to the permitted site layout, residential mix and house types at the following locations; 1/ Castlegrange Avenue at 2 no. locations (sites 13-23 & 40-46) comprising in total the omission of 10 no. terraced and semi detached 2 storey houses and the provision of 8 no. 2 storey houses, comprising 2 no. 4 bedroom detached , 2 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached and 4 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached houses; 2/ Castlegrange Court (sites 13-47) comprising the omission of 18 no. 2 and 3 bedroom terraced and semi-detached 2 storey houses and the provision of 16 no. 2 storey 3 bedroom semi-detached houses. Amendments are also proposed to 10 no. 2 bed apartments and 10 no 3 bed duplex units within block 5 comprising increased floor areas, revised layouts and all associated elevational treatments. 3/ Castlegrange Court / Castlegrange Lawn comprising the omission of Apartment / Duplex Block 6 & associated perking and replacing with 7 no. 2 storey houses, including 1 no. 3 bedroom detached and 6 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached houses, 4/ Castlegrange Dale (sites 34-40) comprising the omission of 4 no. 2 storey terraced houses and replacement with 3 no. 2 storey houses, including 1 no. 4 bedroom detached and 2 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached houses. Alterations are also proposed to approved layout and site boundaries of adjoining semi-detached dwellings at sites 1-11 among Castlegrange Lawn including a change of 3 bedroom House Type at Site 11. All of above proposed with amendments to permitted site development works and on curtilage / surface car parking on a 3.3 hectare site with access from the completed Castlegrange Development and from Hansfield Road, Castaheany, Dublin 15.
