The proposed development involves modifications to a permitted school building (granted permission under an bord pleanala ref. Pl. 29n. 249253: dublin city council reg. Ref. 2172/17). The proposed modifications involve the provision of roof mounted, solar photovoltaic panels (max. 213 panels, all at maximum of 1. 2m high); omission of all standing seam metal roofing; alterations to the permitted roof including different materials, profile and increases in height of parapets; provision of new monopitch roof over the changing rooms, introduction of aluminium on parapet wall capping; and the provision of 2 no.
