Permission to upgrade existing poultry mill facilities which will incorporate the following: a) Removal of canteen structure, 3 no. external silo bins and section of adjacent out-loading building, b) Extension to existing mill area to contain new grain hoppers with drying facilities, intake silos and out-loading bins, c) Construction of new roof & building structure to encompass new extension & existing areas of poultry mill building with associated elevational changes, d) Construction of new plant room & bund structure with relocation of 4 no. existing vertical liquid feed tanks to new bund, e) Illuminated sign to west elevation of the poultry mill building, f) Installation of 2 no. class 1 surface water interceptors & 2 no. silt traps, together with all ancillary site works. This application relates to a development, which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a license under part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013.
