(1) demolish adjoining block of 2 no. Semi-detached buildings known as 1a and 2a. (2) construct new extension to existing retail shop building comprising of additional retail floor area at ground floor level, with ancillary seated area and storage space at ground and first floor levels, and an office unit (shell and core fit-out) at first and second floor levels.
