We Duffy Express Freight intend to apply for planning permission for an extension and modifications to previously approved planning application ref. FW17A/0089 at Huntstown Business Park, Cappagh Road, Huntstown, Dublin 11.
The as per grant premises will be extended by two additional bays totaling 1,095sqm and will comprise of further storage and loading area. The proposed modifications include changes to external elevations which consist of changes in size and height of roller doors, relocation of personnel doors to accommodate the resized roller doors, addition of access doors to plantroom and alterations to window sizes and locations within the office area. Modifications to internal layouts, re-arrangement of vehicles parking spaces and an increase in dock levelers from 4 to 6 no. Planning permission is also sought for the construction of ESB substation and customer switchroom with associated site works and services.
