Development consisting of the following;
(1) To demolish the existing detached storage building and gas compound located to the southeast of the main school building.
(2) Erection of a new single-storey extension at the east of the school, consisting of 3 no classrooms, 1 no home economics classroom, 1 no construction room with an associated preparation area including all ancillary accommodation, school signage, and roof-mounted PV solar panels
(3) All associated works and site works including new car park, connection to the existing storm and foul drainage roadside vehicle drop off with a re-aligned footpath and boundary wall, landscaping, public lighting, and a new gas compound
(4) Provide a new external service door serving the existing metalwork room on the South Elevation.
