The new owners of a top Belfast bar have also bought the adjoining building and plan to turn it into a hotel.
Tipsy Bird, on Ann Street, has been bought by Glendola Leisure and Carlton Hotel Collection, who also purchased the adjoining development site.
They plan to build a 4-star modern design hotel and multiple retail concepts.
