The change of use of the existing unoccupied building from a creche to a resource centre at ground floor level and ancillary offices at first floor level including the completion of all associated site development works.

The proposed works will consist of the refurbishment of a building originally constructed for use as a Crèche to provide a day service for nine adults who are on the Autism Spectrum. The primary goal of this Service is to maintain and enhance the core capabilities and quality of life of each individual attending and to contribute in a meaningful way to the local community.

The refurbishment Works will involve the conversion and completion of the existing Ground Floor to a new premises for the Rehab Group.

The development shall be in two phases initially –
Phase 1: Works to Ground floor rooms (except those highlighted as Phase 2 of drawing no 1409 T100) and external works, see below.

The fitout to the snoezelen shall be by the client.
Phase 2: The fit out of Programme Room 4 and Regional Office Space.
Services are to be provide to these rooms as part of phase 1.

Internally at present the building has exposed concrete block walls, a concrete ground floor slab and concrete hollowcore slabs to first floor level of the two storey central area; exposed rafters and joists to the ground floor single storey area and first floor roof area.
