Demolish the existing entrance tower, glazed extension and first floor staff facilities on the south eastern side of the existing building and to construct (i) new ground floor extension consisting of extension to the existing retail area and associated offices on the south eastern side of the existing building, (ii) new first floor extension consisting of staff facilities and store area on the north eastern side of the new extension, (iii) new entrance tower on the south western corner of the new extension, (iv) alterations to the existing façade to the South Western elevation of the existing building, (iv) form an opening on the existing Eastern boundary wall from the existing car park for an exit road onto Drury’s Avenue and all associated site works at the existing supermarket.
