Construction of a reinforced concrete underground storage tank, concrete access road, pumped irrigation system and all associated facilities and site works. The tank will be used for the storage of waste products from agriculture, horticulture, aquaculture, forestry, hunting and fishing, food preparation and processing prior to irrigation on adjacent willow plantation. A natura impact statement is submitted with the application.
