The development includes the provision of 80 no. bicycle spaces, lockers, showers and changing facilities at lower ground floor level. 10 no. car parking spaces for the new office building will be allocated in the existing lower ground floor car park to the rear of Cumberland House. The development includes plant area at basement level and a louvered plant enclosure at roof level, all associated site development works, hard landscaping and all other ancillary works.
