Contractors are invited to tender for the construction of a single storey extension; incorporating 7 Mainstream Classrooms, 4 Resource Rooms, alterations / upgrade to the existing school (including services installations) and relocation of temporary prefabricated buildings / provision of a temporary teaching compound, including extensive site development works. Please note that all works are to be carried out in strict adherence with the Department of Education & Skills, Technical Guidance Documents. It should also be noted that given the nature of the work involved and moreover the existing spatial constraints, that the tendering contractor has both the technical capacity and resources available to commit to the pertinent scope.
