Protected Structure: Planning permission sought for the following:
i) change of use from commercial to residential land use;
ii) demolition of existing single-storey warehouse to the rear of the site (fronting Blessington Lane) and existing single-storey extension to the rear of Nos. 42 and 43 Blessington Street (Protected Structures);

v) construction of a three-storey apartment building, comprising 6 no. one-bedroom apartments, fronting Blessington Lane. Apartments are provided with private balconies. Residents of all proposed apartments have access to a central landscaped courtyard.
