(1) Demolition of existing changing rooms and meeting room building, (2) Construction of a new two storey extension to the existing centre to include toilets, multipurpose community rooms, changing rooms (total floor area 556m2), (3) Ccnversion of an existing ball court into two floors of community spaces including the installation of new windows and entrance, (4) Cladding the existing building in external insulation and associated finishes, (5) Installation of a new wastewater treatment system and associated percolation area, (6) Construction of a new overflow parking area (approx. 50 spaces) and all associated works at the Oxfield Community Centre.
