Extension of duration of p15/755 to construct extension of an additional total ground floor area of 776sqm to the rear of the existing building and the rear of the area previously approved under p12/354 to include for the provision of a new mezzanine floor internally with an area of 228sqm giving a total floor area proposed of 1004sqm. All proposed external works to be completed in materials consistent with the finishes of the existing building using Kingspan sheeting with all doors and windows proposed in the new extension to match existing units. The proposed modifications to the site layout plan to include for the relocation of the existing car parking facilities along the south eastern elevation to the rear of the site providing a total number of 105 parking spaces, the re-location of the main site entrance and the proposed modifications to the internal roads layout to suit the revised arrangement.
