The development consists of the alterations to the previously granted permissions (Planning Ref: P20/478 & P20/416) comprising of revisions including, the relocation of the external enclosed yard from an East/West orientation to a North/South orientation, relocating louvres to the elevations to suit servicing requirements, amending the roof layout & positions of roof cowls and several internal layout amendments to the PMU Warehouse area of the plan. Note: there is no increase in floor area, the mezzanine grid floor supports additional plants only. The proposed development also includes the addition of a new canopy structure above a new entrance to the South West Elevation, a new roller shutter door, a new window and external door to office space, and obscure glazing for privacy along the North West Elevation
