(1) Extend and renovate existing building known as Olympic Amusements to include
(a) Raising the existing roof level over the rear part of the building to provide for additional celling heights and increased accommodation at first floor level to allow for multi-purpose use

(b) Raising the existing roof level along the frontage of the building on main street to match existing front façade of the adjoining building on the north eastern elevation
(b) Raising the roof over the rear part of the building to provide for additional ceiling heights, increased accommodation at first floor level to allow for multi-purpose area
(c) Works to include for additional toilets, storage area, and internal stair revisions with the construction of an extension to the rear ground & first floors for the creation of an entrance foyer, stairwell, lift shaft & smoking area
(d) Revision of all facades and that of the front entrance elevation and rear elevation
(e) Additional signage & lighting
(f) Connection between both buildings to form one central space
(g) Creation of additional car parking spaces and re-location of gas tanks together with all associated site development.
