Construction of new mezzanine floor area (140m2 internal infill floor extension) over existing meat preparation area for new steam tunnel production lines. 5. Construction of new 75m2 first floor mezzanine area (linked to new steam tunnel production area) including installation of new goods lift. 6. Including provision of new parking spaces and all other associated site works.
