Development will consist of:
1. An upgrade of the existing Gaelic football field to modern day standards;
2. The development of an adjoining multi-use training field;
3. Ancillary works will include: * Installation of a 1.2m high powder coated galvanized perimeter fence (around the GAA field); * Installation of 2 no. player dugouts to the GAA field; * Installation of Ball Stop nets behind the existing GAA goals;
4. Flood Defence Measures Stage 1: A regrading of the exiting footpath to the north of the proposed training area, including the provision of a 600mm high retaining wall along the northern limits of the site.
