A major new hotel and casino development is proposed for Tullamore.
The 86 bedroom premises is to be located at Water Lane and Distillery Lane in Tullamore town centre and would involve the redevelopment of two protected structures – the Malt Kiln and Malt House.
The project also includes a bar and restaurant, casino, conference centre, three retail units and a link bridge between the proposed hotel and the Bridge House Hotel.
A formal application has yet to be lodged.
