Permission is sought by Regan Development Ltd for amendments to Conditions 2 & 3 in previously approved application (Local Authority Ref: 2719/1, Bord Pleanala Ref: 29N.239389) for conference rooms at the Regency Hotel, Swords Road, Whitehall, Dublin 9. Permission was granted in May 2012 with conditions a) controlling the use of the conference centre and b) the noise level emanating from the conference centre, all to be reviewed in a new application within a period of 3 years. Permission is now sought within 3 years to amend those conditions by a) replacing the use condition with a new use condition, b) retaining the acoustic conditions unchanged and c) removing the need for 3 years reviews in future.
