A new high density polyethylene (hdpe) reprocessing and pellet manufacturing facility. The building will consist of a single storey structure c. 1,400m2 and c. 9m high for the manufacture of hdpe pellets by reprocessing end-of-life recyclable hdpe materials (plastic cartons, containers, etc.). The building will include: welfare and administration areas, along with storage areas for raw and processed materials, a hdpe reprocessing line and hdpe pellet manufacturing area. externally the installation of an external waste water treatment plant c. 6m high, a c. 2,150m2 concrete pavement, access road, 5 no. car parking spaces, external signage, the installation of a water-oil separator, rain water harvester, site drainage including a sump area, site fencing, security gates, and associated landscaping and connections to public services are proposed. All access to and from the site will be by way of the existing access road to the r421 (Arden Road). The overall site area is 1.1 ha.
