Houses (unit nos. 105-128) and associated alterations to permitted road alignment; 2) the replacement of 8 no. Type a houses and replacement with 8 no. Type c houses (unit nos. 45 and 48-54); 3) the modification and /or increase of private open space provision associated with unit nos. 42-55; 4) the revision of boundary treatments permitted under reg.
