The roof is a pitched tiled roof with PVC fascia and soffit. A masonry constructed chimneystack is provided with a rendered finish above roof level. The windows are PVC double glazed units. Some of the windows have been vandalised. The buildings are roofed and sealed with windows & doors provided, however, internally, work remains incomplete.Site works to the front of the properties has been completed, however, site works, boundary fencing and landscaping to the side and rear of the properties remains incomplete. Connections to services are incomplete.
