The upgrade of part of the existing production building to include the following: (i) removal of part of the first floor of the existing building (243sqm); (ii) removal of part of the existing roof structure, cladding and associated structure (1448sqm); (iii) erection of new structure within the production building (1448sqm) to cover the existing floor area and to allow for an increase in height within the facility to a maximum eaves height of 8. 5m and a maximum ridge height of 10. 5m and all associated site development works.
