The development will consist of an amendment to Condition no. 3 of Reg. Ref. FW18A/0197, which approves the construction of 106 no. residential units with a creche on the subject lands. We wish to amend Condition no. 3 as follows: FROM ‘’Prior to CONSTRUCTION of the development hereby permitted the commercial and community uses in the Village Centre (to the eastern side of Station Road, Zone 1 ‘Main Street North’ of the Hansfield SDZ Scheme 2006) shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority.’’ TO ‘’Prior to OCCUPATION of the development hereby permitted the commercial and community uses in the Village Centre (to the eastern side of Station Road, Zone 1 ‘Main Street North’ of the Hansfield SDZ Scheme 2006) shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority.’’ The subject lands fall within the Hansfield Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme 2006.
