Development which involves revisions to the supermarket development previously permitted under Reg. Ref. 13/765 and amended by Reg. Ref. 15/228. These revisions consist of: (a) Internal reconfiguration of retail and ancillary accommodation in the supermarket building resulting in a further reduction in the overall gross floor area of 17sqm (new gross floor area of 1,938.1sqm) and a change of ancillary floor space to retail (new net retail sales area is 1,105.9sqm); (b) Minor revisions to the external appearance of the supermarket building comprising the omission of one window on north east elevation and 2 No. roof lights over mezzanine office space, and (c) Revisions to the site layout to include changes to the car parking layout along front (south east) and side (south west) elevations of the supermarket and to the rear of the front buildings to provide 2 additional accessible parking spaces (the total number of parking spaces provided is 124); revisions to pedestrian access ramp along west boundary; and revisions to the slope and length of the delivery ramp at the truck unloading area (rear of the supermarket building) on this site 0.88ha, (former Gael Scoil Uí Riada site bounded by The Square, Church Lane, Graveyard and Rye Water River).
