The development includes all associated site works and infrastructure including landscaped open space, internal roads, paths public lighting, utilities, drainage and surface water attenuation. The development is on lands within the boundaries of Hansfied Strategic Development Zone as defined by Statutory Instrument No. 273 of 2001.

The construction of 43 no. 2-storey houses in terraced, detached and
semi-detached form. All are of masonry construction with concrete
ground floors and tiled pitched roofs.
