The development consists of the following;construction of a three storey Primary Care Centre with pedestrian access to the existing Medical Centre to include ancillaries, associated site works and car parking. The Proposed development involves work to and within the curtilage of a Protected Structure as listed in the Westmeath County Development Plan 2014-2020 RPS Ref: 030-024, it is also proposed to form a new opening in the existing boundary wall to the east which is a Protected Structure as listed in the Westmeath County Development Plan Ref: 15317026
