The development will consist of the demolition/removal of all existing prefabricated structures on the site and the construction of a new 12 classroom primary school building (1971m2) and ancillary accommodation, over two storeys. A new 2,4m high brickwork wall and railings will form the site boundary along Coultry Road, and will include pedestrian and vehicular access gates to the site and new signage. railings and fencing are proposed along all other site boundaries to increase the boundary height and provide additional site security.
