Planning permission is now sought for proposed amendments to the permitted design of the 7 no. terraced houses element mentioned above. The proposed amendments comprise; 1) alterations to the internal first and second floor plans of each of the units – reducing the floor area of the second floor, 2) a reduction of the eaves level heights (front and rear) and ridge level height, 3) the introduction of dormer windows to the front roof pitch, 4) other elevational changes, 5) with these amendments the first floor accommodation will provide; living room, bedroom 1 (with ensuite shower/WC), bedroom 2; the second floor accommodation will provide; bedroom 3, bedroom 4, bathroom, low attic storage space.
