(a) An extension to the main building comprising the construction of an extended production hall with mezzanine plant space overhead, and a two storey production support block (1,645sq. M) all to the north side of the main building;
(b) The construction of mezzanine floor area within the existing warehouse building (103sq. M);
(c) The replacement of existing tanks and equipment with new storage tanks and equipment to the rear of the building; and associated site works. Retention permission is sought for the increase in height of an equipment building by 1m from the height granted under planning ref. 18/884. A natura impact statement has been prepared in respect of this planning application.
