The development is set to feature some large buildings, such as a six-storey, 120 bedroom hotel; a six-storey multi-storey car park with parking provided for 462 cars and a five-storey residential building consisting of 58 one and two bedroom apartments.
Three five-storey office buildings are included in the proposed plans, along with a two-storey cultural/performance centre with a capacity for up to 400 people, a two-storey mixed-use restaurant/café/specialist retail building and a single-storey management building with associated landscaping works.
